• Shifts: 7 am - 7 pm with potential for on-call overnight
• Inpatient acute care hospital setting
• Patient mix -- mostly cardiac and medical critical care
• Night APP on-site for overnight support
• Procedures required -- intubation, central lines, chest tubes
• Ventilator management and hemodynamic instability experience required
• Management of multi-organ dysfunction required
• 50+ critical care inpatient encounters required in past 12 months
• We negotiate better pay and deposit it weekly
