Lead Sales Operations Coordinator / Quotes Representative at Thermo Fisher Scientific in Marietta, Ohio. Responsibilities
- Manage product and customer data while maintaining system accuracy across Salesforce, Oracle CPQ, and ERP platforms
- Process quotes and handle pricing updates to support seamless product quoting operations
- Coordinate cross-functional activities between sales, customers, and internal departments
- Analyze operational data and recommend process improvements based on measurable outcomes
- Serve as business partner to Sales, Pricing, Marketing, and Customer Care by identifying trends and driving commercial initiatives
Requirements
- High school diploma minimum; bachelor's degree preferred
- 1+ years sales operations, customer service, or business operations experience
- Advanced Microsoft Excel and Office suite proficiency for data analysis
- Experience with analytics tools such as Power BI or Excel Pivot tables
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with meticulous attention to detail
- Proficiency in workflow automation or low-code platforms like Power Automate or Salesforce Flow
