Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality patient care and support under the supervision of registered nurses.

• Engage in continuous learning and professional development opportunities.

• Assist in the development and implementation of patient care plans.

• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by healthcare providers.

• Utilize performance metrics to assess and improve personal work outcomes.

• Monitor and document patient vital signs and health status regularly.

• Communicate effectively with patients and their families regarding care.

• Participate in team meetings to discuss patient progress and care strategies.

• Adhere to all healthcare regulations and company policies.

• Maintain a clean and safe environment for patients and staff.

• Support administrative tasks such as scheduling and patient record management.

Experience/Qualifications

• Valid LPN license in the state of practice.

• Commitment to continuous learning and professional development.

• Experience in a healthcare setting, preferably in patient care.

• Proficiency in monitoring and documenting patient health status.

• Ability to administer medications and treatments as prescribed.

• Strong communication skills for patient and family interactions.

• Familiarity with healthcare regulations and patient care policies.

• Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.

• Strong organizational skills for managing patient records and schedules.

• Willingness to participate in team meetings and strategy discussions.
