We are currently looking for passionate, energetic educators to join us as FULL TIME teachers in our 2-5 year old classrooms. Montessori experience is NOT required—we are happy to train the right candidate who loves this age group!

What You’ll Do (Key Responsibilities)

• Guide and support 2-6 year old's through incredible milestones, including language explosions, sensory exploration, and emotional regulation.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and beautifully prepared classroom environment that fosters independence ("freedom within limits").
• Assist children with daily routines, including potty training, snack times, and transition periods.
• Build warm, communicative relationships with families and staff.

Educational Requirements (Strictly Required)

To be considered, candidates must have a minimum of 12 core ECE units.

Your units must include or be on track for the following core classes:

• Child Growth and Development
• Child, Family, and Community
• Principles and Practices in ECE
• Introduction to Curriculum
• Plus Factor: Having 3 units in Infant/Toddler Development or specific coursework covering the toddler component is highly preferred and a major plus!

Job Requirements

• Experience: 1 year of experience working in a licensed preschool facility is preferred.
• Background Clearance: Must clear a Live Scan and comprehensive background check.
• Health Screenings: Must have proof of MMR and Tdap immunizations, alongside a current negative TB test.
• Eligibility: Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
