Role: Surgical Tech serving as a member of the surgical team, collaborating with surgeons, anesthesia providers, RNs, and other personnel to deliver patient care before, during, and after surgery. Responsibilities: Assisting in direct patient care, maintaining aseptic techniques, preparing supplies and equipment, operating surgical tools, organizing instrumentation, anticipating surgeon needs, performing surgical counts, and wound closure under supervision. Participates in OR activities, PI initiatives, continuing education, and emergency preparedness, demonstrating awareness of departmental needs. Qualifications & Skills: Certification in BLS, ability to stand/walk continuously, lift moderate weight (20-50 lbs), and demonstrate proficiency in sterile techniques, equipment operation, and surgical procedures across multiple specialties. Strong teamwork and communication skills are essential. #J-18808-Ljbffr
