Warehouse Associate

Job Description

The Warehouse Associate will play a key role in maintaining efficient warehouse operations by handling inventory control, operating material handling equipment, and ensuring stock organization. This position focuses on receiving, stocking, shipping, and end-to-end order fulfillment while adhering to safety standards and supporting general warehouse cleanliness and organization.

Responsibilities

Operate forklifts and order pickers safely and efficiently
Maintain inventory control through counting, recording, and reporting
Organize and stock goods in designated locations
Prepare shipments by wrapping, staging, recording, and loading product skids
Conduct quality control by identifying and reporting defective or damaged products
Serve as backup to forklift and order filler operators as needed
Support general shop cleanliness and assist other departments when necessary
Champion lean processes and uphold safety principles in daily tasks

Preferred Qualifications

1+ years of experience in warehouse operations
High school diploma or equivalent
Valid driver's license
Forklift operator certification
Proficient in forklift operation and order picking
Experience with inventory management and ERP systems
