Loan Assistant Clear Lake, IA, US 3 days ago Requisition ID: 1221 Position Summary: Clear Lake Bank & Trust Company is hiring a Commercial & Ag Loan Assistant for our Clear Lake Office. This full-time position will prepare loan documents and maintain business banking documents, files and accounts. The ideal candidate is community-focused with a proven track record of building and maintaining strong customer relationships. Candidates must possess a high-level of personal accountability, strong attention to detail and follow through. Duties include but are not limited to: Provides administrative support to Business Banking Department by performing all types of clerical functions. Prepares and maintains customer files; including typing loan documents, preparing loan tickets, performing customer advances on operating lines and maintaining customer identification files on the core database system. Maintains proficiency in commercial and agriculture documentation and processing. Acts as a lead for document management program for the Business Banking Department Mason City Offices. Maintains active, positive involvement in the community and the Bank. Actively nurtures relationships with existing bank customers using face-to-face communication. Maintains current knowledge of bank products to effectively assist customers with accounts and services. Some college is preferred. Three (3) or more years of experience in preparing commercial and agricultural loan documentation is preferred.
