Job Summary and Qualifications

Our Lead Patient Transporter leads and motivates a team that move patients via wheelchairs, stretchers, or beds to and from clinical/ancillary departments, ensuring a compassionate, efficient, and comfortable experience. This role requires use of leadership skills, strong communication, assistance with patient transfers, equipment maintenance, and adherence to safety protocols.

What Qualifications You Will Need:

• 3 years of Patient Transporter experinece preferred
• Previous leadership experience preferred
• Ability to lift up to 50lbs and perform frequent standing, bending, and pushing. 
• Strong interpersonal skills for interacting with patients and medical staff.
