Job Title: Human Resource Associate

Job Type: Full-Time

Location: Columbus, OH

Salary Range: $20 to $25 per hour

Job Overview:

As a Human Resource Associate at Safe and Secure Homecare, you will play a key role in supporting HR functions by assisting with recruitment, employee onboarding, record-keeping, and ensuring compliance with company policies and labor laws. You will be a vital part of our team, helping us to create a positive and productive work environment for our employees.

Responsibilities:

- Assist with recruitment efforts, including posting job listings, reviewing resumes, and scheduling interviews

- Conduct employee onboarding activities, such as preparing new hire paperwork and coordinating orientation sessions

- Maintain employee records and ensure all documentation is up to date and accurate

- Assist with benefits administration and employee relations

- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as federal and state labor laws

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field

- 1-2 years of experience in HR or related field

- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities

- Knowledge of HR best practices and labor laws

- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion
