Accounts Receivable Supervisor

Compensation: $35-$40/hr + Full Benefits CV Resources is partnering with an established industrial services company to hire an Accounts Receivable Supervisor in Longview, WA. This onsite role will oversee billing and accounts receivable operations while providing accounting and administrative support across multiple departments. The ideal candidate has strong AR leadership experience, excels in a fast-paced environment, and is committed to accuracy and customer service. Responsibilities Supervise daily accounts receivable and billing operations Ensure accurate and timely invoicing in accordance with contracts and company policies Support collections efforts and resolve billing discrepancies and customer inquiries Partner with operations, project managers, and accounting teams to facilitate project billing Train, mentor, and oversee AR/Billing staff Review billing documentation, reconcile variances, and process credit memos as needed Improve billing procedures, controls, and system processes Prepare reports, maintain records, and support accounting documentation Assist with prevailing wage administration and compliance tracking Provide administrative and accounting support to regional offices and departments Requirements High School Diploma or GED required; Bachelor's degree preferred 3+ years of Accounts Receivable, billing, or related accounting experience 1+ year of supervisory or team leadership experience Strong understanding of accounting functions including AR, AP, payroll, and job costing Experience with accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite Excellent customer service, communication, and organizational skills Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment Construction, industrial services, environmental services, or project-based accounting experience preferred Valid driver's license required Benefits Medical, Dental, and Vision coverage 401(k) with company match Paid Holidays, PTO, and Sick Leave Life Insurance and Disability Options Employee Assistance Program Ongoing Training and Professional Development Schedule: Monday–Friday, Onsite in Longview, WA #J-18808-Ljbffr CV Resources
