This travel Physical Therapist job in Farmington, CT with Advantis Medical is a 20-week travel Physical Therapist contract at UConn - John Dempsey Hospital. This role pays $2,526 per week and follows a Days shift with a 5x8 schedule. Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients and establish individualized treatment plans and functional goals
• Deliver therapeutic exercise, manual therapy, and gait and mobility training across a varied caseload
• Reassess progress and adjust each plan of care to keep patients advancing toward their goals
• Direct and collaborate with Physical Therapist Assistants and the interdisciplinary care team

Travel Physical Therapy Requirements:

• 2+ years of recent Physical Therapy experience.
• Must hold all required certifications and licenses as mandated by Connecticut and national regulatory bodies.
