Role Description

Buscamos sumar Technical Project Managers para distintos frentes y dominios funcionales dentro del programa:

Technical Project Manager – DevSecOps
Technical Project Manager – Security / IT GRC
Technical Project Manager – Architecture & Strategy
Technical Project Manager – Migration Factory

Requisitos transversales a todos los perfiles:

Experiencia en gestión de proyectos tecnológicos, PMO, Program Management o Project Management, coordinando equipos técnicos, stakeholders y múltiples frentes de trabajo.
Experiencia en seguimiento de hitos, entregables, riesgos, dependencias y planes de acción así como en elaboración de reportes ejecutivos, seguimiento de indicadores y documentación de gestión.
Conocimiento de metodologías ágiles.
Capacidad para interactuar con equipos técnicos, líderes de negocio y stakeholders de distintos niveles organizacionales, en entornos complejos y multiculturales.
Inglés intermedio alto o avanzado para poder mantener conversaciones diarias con equipos de Estados Unidos.
Disponibilidad para trabajar con equipos y clientes de Estados Unidos, teniendo en cuenta las diferencias horarias.

Conocimientos específicos asociados a cada dominio:

DevSecOps: DevOps, automatización de procesos de despliegue, plataformas de ingeniería o seguridad integrada al ciclo de desarrollo.
Security / IT GRC: seguridad de la información, IT Governance, IT Risk, Compliance o GRC.
Architecture & Strategy: estrategia tecnológica, arquitecturas target, roadmaps de transformación o planificación de programas complejos.
Migration Factory: migraciones tecnológicas, data center migrations, migration factories o coordinación de múltiples equipos de delivery.

Qualifications

Experiencia en gestión de proyectos tecnológicos.
Conocimiento de metodologías ágiles.
Inglés intermedio alto o avanzado.

Requirements

Experiencia en seguimiento de hitos y entregables.
Capacidad para interactuar con equipos técnicos y stakeholders.
Disponibilidad para trabajar con equipos de Estados Unidos.
