Job Opportunity: Registered Nurse - Short Stay Pre/Post Unit

Our organization is currently looking for a dedicated Registered Nurse to join our Short Stay Pre/Post unit in San Antonio. This position is essential in delivering thorough care before and after medical procedures.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct comprehensive assessments of patients.
Administer IV therapy and medications as required.
Monitor patient conditions closely throughout their stay.
Provide discharge education to ensure patients understand their care plans.
Work collaboratively within a mission-driven, patient-centered team to facilitate safe patient transitions and achieve optimal outcomes.

Qualifications and Requirements

Current Registered Nurse license.
Experience in pre- and post-operative care is preferred.
Strong communication and teamwork skills.
Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
