Position Summary: We are seeking a friendly, dependable, and customer-focusedCashier/Sales Associateto join our team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with people, has an eye for detail, and thrives in a fast-paced retail environment. As a representative of Cornerstone Support Services, you will help create a positive shopping experience while supporting a cause that matters. Key Responsibilities: Greet and assist customers with enthusiasm and professionalism. Accurately operate the cash register and handle all point-of-sale transactions. Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing sales floor. Straighten and restock merchandise throughout the day. Assist with pricing, tagging, and displaying items as needed. Provide information about our organization’s mission and how purchases support our cause. Help with opening and/or closing duties as assigned. Maintain a positive and respectful attitude with customers, donors, and team members. Qualifications: Previous retail or customer service experience preferred. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings. Dependable, punctual, and team oriented.
