As we continue to expand, we're looking for a skilled Diesel Mechanic in Richmond, VA to ensure our fleet remains the safest and most reliable on the road.
What You'll Do:
- Expert Maintenance: Perform high-level diesel engine repairs, diagnostics, and routine PMs on a modern motorcoach fleet.
- Safety First: Ensure every vehicle meets strict safety and DOT compliance standards.
- Diagnostic Mastery: Use your expertise to troubleshoot and solve complex mechanical issues independently.
- Fleet Support: Work in a professional shop environment to keep our operations running smoothly and on schedule.
What You'll Need:
- Experience: Proven background in diesel mechanic/repair roles (Required).
- Gear: Must possess your own set of professional tools (Required).
- Specialization: Previous experience with motorcoaches or buses (Preferred).
- Credentials: A valid CDL is a plus, but not required.
- Mindset: A strong work ethic, self-motivation, and the dependability to manage your own workflow.
