Job Title: Floral Merchandiser Pay: $18.00 per hour Hours: 20-25 hours/week, with seasonal increases up to 40 hours during holidays (Monday, Thursday, Tuesday, Friday, Saturday, and Sunday shifts) Start Date: ASAP Looking for a rewarding role that combines your love for flowers with a flexible schedule? Join our team as a Floral Merchandiser in Bangor and help create beautiful displays that bring joy to customers every day. As a Floral Merchandiser, you'll be responsible for maintaining vibrant floral displays, caring for fresh flowers, and ensuring the presentation is always eye-catching. You'll work closely with our team to keep the floral department looking its best, supporting the overall shopping experience. What You'll Do As a Floral Merchandiser, you will be responsible for: Creating and maintaining attractive floral displays to enhance the store's visual appeal Watering, cleaning, and caring for fresh floral products Completing light paperwork and following planograms to ensure display consistency Lifting, bending, and moving floral products (up to 40 lbs) safely and efficiently Assisting during peak floral seasons and holidays to meet increased demand What You'll Bring The ideal candidate for this role will have: A positive attitude and enthusiasm for floral design and presentation Reliable, self-motivated, and able to work independently Strong communication and time-management skills Prior floral or merchandising experience is a plus, but we're happy to train the right person!
