Student Success Specialist

Seeking a compassionate and organized Student Success Specialist, the full-time remote position will manage student and family support, address inquiries and concerns, and ensure a positive experience throughout the educational journey. Key Responsibilities Serve as the primary point of contact for students and families, providing responsive support via email and phone Investigate and resolve student concerns related to service delivery and maintain effective communication among all stakeholders Coordinate student onboarding and transitions while monitoring ongoing needs to enhance satisfaction and engagement Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution Experience in a student-facing, client services, or relationship management role Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with diverse audiences Strong interpersonal skills and emotional intelligence to build rapport with students and families Proficiency with common productivity and communication tools, including Google Workspace and Microsoft Office
