Our company is recruiting CDL‑A truck drivers with little or no experience to join our regional fleet based in Tampa, FL. With consistent freight and mileage, these routes offer regular weekly home time, competitive weekly pay, and a full benefits package from day one.

Pay and incentives:

• Pay: $1,600–$1,800 per week (via direct deposit every Friday).

Paid training:

• Fully paid three‑ to five‑week program for recent CDL graduates who have completed at least 120 hours of CDL instruction.

Schedule and equipment:

• Regional routes originating from the Tampa area with regular weekly home time.
• Primarily no‑touch dry van freight with a high proportion of drop‑and‑hook opportunities.
• Assigned late‑model 2024–2025 Freightliner or Kenworth tractors.

Minimum qualifications:

• Valid CDL‑A.
• Completion of at least 120 hours of CDL instruction to qualify for the paid training program; prior paid driving experience is not required.
• Satisfactory driving record and commitment to safe driving practices.
• Ability to meet DOT hiring requirements, including passing a DOT physical and pre‑employment drug test.
