Advanced Asset Management has a fabulous opportunity for an experienced Make Ready for our property, Fort Worth, Texas. The successful candidate will:Minimum 6 months previous apartment or commercial janitorial experience preferredExcellent customer service and time management skills requiredOrganized with high level of attention to detailHave a customer-focused attitude and be a collaborative team player.Weekends may be requiredAAM offers a competitive compensation and benefits package, including health insurance and paid time off.If you are ready to join a fun, hardworking team, please submit a resume with cover letter through this posting.As a condition of employment, candidates must successfully complete a background verification.
