LPN Position at Stony Point Primary Care ClinicWe are a fast-paced primary care clinic at Stony Point that is primarily comprised of patient services in internal medicine and family medicine. We are also home to a few other specialties that rotate during the week and we continue to grow to meet the needs of our community! Our team is made up of RNs, LPNs, and CMAs and we are excited to add a new team member to our family. We value getting to really know our patients and working closely with their providers in order to best meet their needs and create a positive patient experience. This is a part-time position that requires a 20 hour/week commitment, Monday-Friday hours only. Our team members enjoy free parking onsite at the Stony Point campus.The LPN job commences to integrate technical skills and theoretical knowledge to meet the needs of the patient and family. This role assists the health care team with the prevention of illness and injury, maintenance of wellness, and provision of comfort. This role also provides direction, education, and begins to assume leadership responsibilities at the unit level. The LPN job delivers and accurately documents direct, age-specific care to a patient or group of patients based on medical orders and an integrated, multidisciplinary plan of care.
