Change Management and Training Coordinator:

Summary:

Change Management and Training Coordinator: Coordinate vendor-led training and adoption support for approximately 50 internal users; support external-user training if needed.

Relevant Experience:

Public-sector financial/housing system change management; vendor training coordination; user readiness; adoption measurement; external-user or participating-lender training.

Key Skills:

Stakeholder engagement; impact assessment; communications; training coordination; readiness assessment; documentation review; adoption monitoring

Responsibilities:

Develop change and communication plans. Coordinate vendor training, documentation, and end-user support with Agency program staff. Identify training gaps, monitor readiness and adoption, and support participating-lender training where required.
