As a Data Collection Technician - Italian Language Specialist, you will be part of the Data Operations team supporting avatar development and research initiatives. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully within the organization. Author guidelines for data collection and conduct quality assurance audits to ensure high standards. Perform internal research studies, including sourcing participants, guiding them through study procedures, and collecting data while maintaining confidentiality. Conduct weekly QA audits of data captured by internal and external teams to identify and resolve issues. Compose weekly reports on trends and issues identified in collection data to inform project improvements. Provide continual feedback loops to support project success and monitor program performance for quality enhancement. What's Needed? Native fluency in Italian, essential for participant interaction and data collection. Self-motivated with the ability to manage workload independently and efficiently. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to collaborate effectively with diverse teams. Strong analytical, research, and problem-solving abilities to interpret data accurately.
