ChildWise ABA provides top-tier Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy, specializing in individualized treatment for children with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD). Our dedicated team delivers evidence-based, play-based interventions that help children build communication, social, adaptive, and daily living skills while increasing independence.

Duties & Responsibilities for Registered Behavior Technicians:

• Provide direct one-on-one ABA therapy to children with autism

• Implement individualized treatment plans developed by Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs)

• Collect accurate behavioral data and complete session documentation

• Support clients with activities of daily living (ADLs)

• Teach communication, social, play, and adaptive living skills

• Effectively monitor and manage challenging behaviors using positive behavior support strategies

• Communicate professionally with supervisors and caregivers regarding client progress

Compensation & Schedule for Registered Behavior Technicians:

• Pay: $18–$22 per hour (training period; opportunities for increases after earning your RBT credential)

• Part-Time

• 15–30 hours per week

• Flexible scheduling between 8 am and 8 pm

Qualifications for Registered Behavior Technicians:

• High school diploma or equivalent

• Experience working with children preferred

• Passion for helping children with autism succeed

• Ability to manage behaviors in a calm, professional manner

• Willingness to complete paid training and become a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)

• Reliable transportation
