Registered Respiratory Therapist We are seeking a compassionate and experienced Registered Respiratory Therapist to join our team at Van Duyn Center for Rehabilitation and Nursing in Syracuse, New York. As a Per Diem Registered Respiratory Therapist, you will play a vital role in providing quality care and diversified services to our residents. About the Role: At Van Duyn Center for Rehabilitation and Nursing, we pride ourselves on creating a homelike environment for our residents, focusing on their physical, social, emotional, and spiritual needs. As a Registered Respiratory Therapist, you will be responsible for the respiratory needs of our residents, consulting and evaluating residents with respiratory disease, care planning, and recommending treatment regimens. Our team is committed to providing excellent customer service and working collaboratively with the interdisciplinary team to ensure the best possible outcomes for our residents. Responsibilities: Responsible for the respiratory needs of residents Consulting and evaluating residents with respiratory disease Care planning and recommending treatment regimens Preventative interventions Resident and staff education Work collaboratively with the interdisciplinary team Requirements/Qualifications: At least three years of experience in acute care Must possess a RRT or CRTT from an AMA approved Respiratory program Why Van Duyn: We offer a collaborative work environment that fosters the well-being of each individual as a person.
