A national company with a facility in the Pontiac, MI area is currently seeking a Machine Shop Repair Supervisor for an opportunity with their growing team. This is an exciting opportunity for candidates seeking a position with opportunities to grow and advance within the organization.

 

Machine Shop Repair Supervisor will be working a full-time, with pay rates anticipated to be $35 - 38 per hour based on each candidate's experience and education. All well-qualified candidates will be considered regardless of pay rate. Qualified candidates will have most, if not all, of the following skills and experience.

 

• 8+ years of experience in supervising a multi-faceted repair and service shop with a staff of 5 or more employees.
• Strong computer skills including experience with Microsoft Office required
• Experience and demonstrated experience in ability to focused on customer service and project completion.
• Ability to stay organized, work productively and efficiently is required
• Experience in positive engagement with customers and vendors
• Must be willing to attain this knowledge through continuing education and training
• Must be able to work in the United States (no H-1 sponsorship or student visas considered).
• Complete standard pre-hire checks including background, drug screen, references, etc.
