Location: Escondido, CA Pay Rate: $24.00 $27.00 per hour Schedule: Monday Friday | 4:00 PM 12:30 AM Training schedule may vary the first 2 3 weeks.

Strong Eyes. Steady Hands. Solid Work. As a Quality Assurance Technician in Escondido, your job is to protect the process. You'll check, measure, and approve the work that keeps production moving forward.

What It Takes

• Minimum 2 years of QA Technician experience in food manufacturing preferred
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to work in a high-speed production environment
• Excellent attendance, reliability, and communication skills
• Comfortable working flexible hours and up to 12-hour shifts when needed
• Microsoft Office experience preferred
• Bilingual English/Spanish preferred but not required
• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs throughout the shift

What You'll Do

• Monitor product quality and food safety standards throughout production
• Help maintain compliance with HACCP, GMP, and sanitation procedures
• Inspect products and place materials on hold when necessary
• Complete quality reports accurately and on time
• Support inventory and quality documentation processes
• Enforce food safety and quality standards on the production floor
• Assist with continuous improvement initiatives and team support
• Communicate effectively with production and leadership teams
