Role Overview: Work within a Nurse-Physician/APP based Ambulatory Care Practice Model Provide clinical support to staff members, andassistwith the management of a caseload ofRadiationOncology patients Perform triage for patients face to face and via telephone Perform patient assessment, offer patient and family education and symptom management Act as part of a multidisciplinary team to provide continuity of care throughout various stages of treatment and follow-up Key Qualifications: New Jersey State RN license, BLS certificationrequired 2 years ofRadiationOncology experience highly preferred Ambulatory care experience preferred 1.5 - 2 yrs clinical nurse experiencerequired Core Skills: Willing totake actionand eager to adopt new opportunities and tough challenges with a sense of urgency, and enthusiasm Creative decision-maker, with proven success at makingtimelydecisions thatmaintainour world-class standard of nursing care Actively seeking new ways to grow and be challenged Effective communicator, capable ofdeterminingthe best methods to reach different audiences and performing communications based on that understanding Flexible in your approach and demeanor to align with the shifting demands of evolving circumstances Capable of building strong customer relationships and delivering excellent patient care Additional Information: Schedule:Flexed 10- hours betweenMonday through Friday from7:30am to9pm [No holidays, No weekends] Location: 480 Red Hill Road (Monmouth) Per Diem requirements:Minimum of6 shifts per quarter Reports to: Nurse Leader Helpful Links: Compensation Philosophy Pay Range: $18.00 - $170.00FSLA Status: Non-Exempt Closing At MSK, we believe in fair, competitive pay that reflects your job, experience, and skills.
