Location: Fergus Falls, MN
Compensation: $26.00 per hour - paid weekly
Schedule: Day Shift | Monday-Friday | 6:00 AM-4:30 PM

Doherty Staffing Solutions is hiring CNC Operator workers for a manufacturing company in Fergus Falls, MN. • Program, set up, and operate CNC machinery to manufacture aluminum components
• Read and interpret blueprints, mechanical drawings, and production specifications
• Load raw materials and parts into machines and perform test runs before production
• Monitor machine performance and make adjustments to maintain quality and tolerances
• Inspect finished products using precision measuring tools
• Perform tool wear offsets, change inserts, and troubleshoot minor machine issues
• Complete production documentation and report maintenance concerns as needed

What You Need to Bring to the CNC Operator:

• Previous CNC machine operation and programming experience required
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and work instructions
• Strong math skills, including fractions, percentages, geometry, and basic trigonometry
• Experience using precision measuring tools and maintaining quality standards
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods throughout a 10-hour shift
• Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull up to 75 pounds as needed
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with CNC programming software
• Forklift certification preferred
• Strong attention to detail, communication skills, and commitment to safety
• Reliable attendance and ability to work effectively in a production environment
