Housekeeper | Highgate Senior Living – Temecula, CA

Compensation: $17.00–$21.00 per hour

About the role

Keep residents’ homes and shared spaces clean, safe, and comfortable—supporting daily life with dignity and care.

Partner with residents and teams to maintain a welcoming environment throughout the community.

What you’ll do

· Clean resident suites and common areas; follow schedules and standards

· Uphold infection control and safety procedures

· Operate housekeeping equipment safely and maintain supplies

· Document tasks and report maintenance needs

· Assist with laundry/linens and occasional room turns

Skills & attributes

· Customer service mindset; attentive and respectful

· Detail orientation and consistent follow‑through

· Safe equipment operation and organization

· Calm, flexible approach to changing priorities

· Clear communication with residents and team members

Relatable experience

· Housekeeping in senior housing, hospitality, or multi‑unit residential

· Customer service roles serving older adults

· Hands‑on roles using checklists and documentation

Qualifications

· At least 18 years of age

· Current negative TB test; CPR/First Aid ability to obtain

· Able to pass a background check

· Ability to lift/transfer up to 50 lbs with assistance
