An established professional services firm is seeking a Tax Supervisor to join its San Diego office. This is a full-time, on-site role offering the opportunity to work closely with leadership, support a talented team, and play a key role in client engagements and the firm’s continued growth. Responsibilities Review and oversee tax returns, compliance projects, and client deliverables Support and mentor tax staff and seniors on day-to-day engagements Manage client relationships and provide ongoing tax guidance and support Assist with tax planning initiatives and help drive efficient workflow processes Collaborate with leadership on departmental goals and operational initiatives Qualifications Public accounting experience with a strong tax background Prior experience reviewing returns and supervising or mentoring staff Active CPA preferred or in progress Strong communication, organizational, and client service skills Ability to manage multiple engagements and deadlines in a fast-paced environment #J-18808-Ljbffr CV Resources
