Clinic Director - Physical Therapist (PT) | Full-Time | Outpatient | 3146 E 11th St Tulsa, OK 74104
\nValir Physical Therapy, a H2 Health company , is hiring a Clinic Director - Physical Therapist (PT) for our Midtown Tulsa outpatient clinic. This hands-on leadership role is ideal for a PT who wants to stay connected to patient care while leading a team and helping grow a successful outpatient practice.
\nYou'll treat a diverse caseload including orthopedic, post-surgical, sports medicine, and musculoskeletal patients while taking ownership of the clinic's day-to-day clinical success. You'll develop your team, strengthen referral relationships, and partner with H2 Health leadership to drive patient experience, caseload growth, and overall clinic performance.
\nYour Role:

- Provide high-quality outpatient physical therapy and individualized plans of care. \n
- Lead, support, and develop clinicians and clinic team members. \n
- Oversee day-to-day clinical operations and patient experience. \n
- Build relationships with physicians, referral partners, and the community. \n
- Support caseload growth, revenue generation, and clinic performance. \n
- Partner with leadership to grow and strengthen the practice. \n
Requirements
\n- \n
- DPT or equivalent legacy degree (MSPT/MPT/BPT) from a CAPTE-accredited Physical Therapy program. \n
- Current Oklahoma PT license or eligibility for licensure. \n
- CPR certification, as applicable. \n
- Outpatient orthopedic and/or leadership experience preferred. \n
- Strong communication, relationship-building, and leadership skills. \n
