Warehouse Associate Position Description Department: Warehouse Operations Location: Trimax Mowers USA, Fayetteville, Georgia Reports to: Warehouse Team Leader, Keith Employment Type: Full-Time Position Summary Trimax Mowers USA is seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Warehouse Associate to support daily operations within Building A. This position will primarily manage the movement of materials from the COM shelf through to the designated spares-picking locations, including completing all required system transactions. The Warehouse Associate will also ensure completed production jobs are moved promptly and accurately to their correct physical and system locations. Additional responsibilities include packing spares orders, supporting stock take, completing cycle counts, and providing general warehouse support as required. Key Responsibilities Manage material transfers from the COM shelf to the appropriate spares-picking locations. Complete all required inventory transfers and transactions accurately within the company's inventory management system. Move completed production jobs to their designated physical warehouse locations. Confirm that system locations accurately reflect the physical location of completed jobs and inventory. Pick, verify, pack, label, and stage spares orders for shipment. Verify part numbers, quantities, and documentation before materials are moved or shipped. Assist with stock take preparation, including organizing, labeling, and validating inventory locations. Conduct routine cycle counts and promptly report inventory discrepancies. Assist with investigating and correcting inventory variances under the direction of warehouse leadership. Maintain orderly and clearly identified warehouse, shelving, and staging areas. Support the movement, organization, and staging of materials throughout Building A. Coordinate with Spares, Production, Assembly, and other departments to ensure timely and accurate material flow. Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material-handling equipment when trained and authorized. Follow established warehouse procedures, inventory controls, and system-processing requirements. Maintain a clean and safe working environment in accordance with Trimax safety standards. Identify and report damaged materials, incorrect quantities, system discrepancies, or safety concerns. Perform other warehouse duties as assigned by the Warehouse Team Leader or Operations leadership. Required Qualifications Previous warehouse, inventory, shipping, receiving, or material-handling experience preferred. Basic computer skills and the ability to accurately complete inventory transactions. Strong attention to detail and commitment to inventory accuracy. Ability to read and verify part numbers, quantities, labels, and warehouse documentation. Good organizational, communication, and time-management skills. Ability to work independently while contributing effectively within a team environment. Dependable attendance and punctuality. Willingness to learn Trimax products, inventory processes, and warehouse systems. Forklift experience or certification preferred, training may be provided as required. Physical Requirements Ability to stand and walk for extended periods. Ability to bend, reach, lift, carry, push, and pull materials throughout the workday. Ability to safely lift up to 50 pounds, with assistance or material-handling equipment used for heavier items. Ability to work in a manufacturing and warehouse environment where temperatures and noise levels may vary. Ability to use required personal protective equipment and safely operate authorized material-handling equipment.
