Monthly Compensation Range: $1,142 to $1,220 USD. Responsibilities Communicate clearly and compassionately with individuals who may be experiencing sensitive family situations. Protect confidential client and prospective client information. Identify missing or incomplete intake information and obtain the necessary details. Maintain consistent availability throughout the established working schedule. Use RingCentral to manage incoming and outgoing telephone communications. Provide callers with clear information regarding next steps in the consultation process. Collaborate with paralegals, legal assistants, attorneys, and administrative team members. Follow up on prospective client inquiries when requested. Support additional intake and client service tasks as assigned and appropriately trained. Answer approximately 30 to 40 incoming calls each day in a professional, friendly, and timely manner. Ask appropriate intake questions to understand each caller’s needs and circumstances. Enter caller and prospective client information accurately into Lawmatics. Maintain complete, organized, and current intake records. Vet prospective clients according to the firm’s established criteria and procedures. Schedule consultations based on attorney availability and established scheduling procedures. Serve as the first point of contact for prospective clients seeking family law services. Listen carefully to callers and gather the information required for the intake process.
