I opened my agency in 2002 and currently lead a close-knit team of four. Before becoming a State Farm agent, I worked in State Farm management, giving me valuable experience in leadership and team development. I’m a graduate of Boise State University, married, and a proud father of five. State Farm also runs in the family - I’m the oldest of four brothers, and all four of us are State Farm agents! Outside of work, I enjoy coaching, motorcycle riding, and cheering on Boise State football. Giving back is also important to me. I’ve spent time coaching Twin Falls youth basketball and remain involved with the Boy Scouts as both an Eagle Scout and volunteer. Matt Stokes - State Farm Agent is a leading insurance agency dedicated to providing exceptional service to our customers. We are currently seeking a dynamic individual to join our team as a Receptionist - State Farm Agent Team Member. Our ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and committed to contributing to a positive and productive workplace. RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Greet customers warmly in person and over the phone, directing them to the appropriate team members.
- Manage appointment scheduling and office communications.
- Assist in handling incoming inquiries and maintaining customer records.
- Engage in conversations with prospective and existing customers, identifying opportunities to offer insurance options.
- Provide excellent customer service and follow up on customers needs.
- Support the team with various administrative tasks and projects.
- Previous experience in a receptionist or customer service role.
- Communication and interpersonal skills.
- Organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Comfortable with engaging in sales conversations.
- Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
