B2B Sales Representative Requirements & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree required
- Valid driver license and reliable transportation for field visits

- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
- Coachable, self-motivated, and eager to pursue a rewarding sales career
B2B Sales Representative Day-to-Day Responsibilities
- Identify and prospect new business opportunities within an assigned territory or vertical
- Conduct in-person and virtual meetings with prospective and existing clients
- Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline through cold outreach, referrals, and networking
- Negotiate and close contracts, while growing existing account revenue
- Collaborate with internal teams on account strategy and reporting
- Track sales activity and pipeline progress in CRM systems
- Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and client site visits
- Participate in ongoing sales coaching and professional growth sessions
