Onsite in Woodmere

$21-$23/hr

Flexible schedule, part-time or full-time during the hours of 9am-5pm Mon-Thurs and 9am-3pm on Friday

Required Skills:

• Excellent communication skills with a professional and friendly demeanor
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently
• Knowledge of showroom operations and customer service best practices
• Proficiency in scheduling, lead tracking, and follow-up procedures
• Ability to answer phones professionally and answer inquiries accurately
• Detail-oriented mindset with the ability to manage documentation and customer information
• Strong follow-up and communication skills, including making timely reminders and confirmations
• Willingness to handle some administrative and basic marketing tasks
• Professional attire and enthusiastic attitude
• Ability to work efficiently in a team environment and coordinate with designers, production, and accounting departments

Preferred Education and Experience:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 4+ years' experience in customer service, showroom coordination, or related role
