As a Security Officer Full Time Unarmed Patrol Records in Louisville, KY , you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Logistics & Distribution, and more. As an Unarmed Patrol Officer at a logistics and distribution location, you will conduct routine patrols, maintain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents, and support a welcoming environment for employees, visitors, and drivers. You will provide exceptional customer service, communicate clearly, and respond to security-related concerns with integrity. What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to personnel, visitors, and delivery drivers at a logistics and distribution location by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of loading docks, trailer yards, parking areas, access points, and the perimeter to help identify unusual activity and help deter unauthorized access.
• Monitor access to the location by verifying credentials, directing authorized visitors and drivers, and documenting entries, exits, and relevant activity in accordance with site procedures.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, vehicle-related concerns, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, notifying appropriate site contacts and/or emergency responders as directed.
• Observe and report conditions that may affect facility operations, package handling areas, or traffic flow, and complete clear, accurate daily activity and incident reports.

Minimum Requirements:

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
