No Visa restrictions Job description: We are seeking a detail-oriented Automation Test Engineer with strong hands-on experience in Selenium and Cucumber (BDD framework) to design, build, and maintain automated test suites for enterprise applications. The ideal candidate will ensure application quality, reliability, and performance through robust test automation strategies. Experience in the banking/financial services domain is a strong advantage. Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field 7-10 years of hands-on experience in test automation Strong proficiency in Selenium WebDriver with Java, Python, or a similar programming language Strong hands-on experience with Cucumber/BDD framework and Gherkin syntax Experience with test management and defect tracking tools (JIRA, TestRail, ALM/Quality Center) Solid understanding of QA methodologies, SDLC, and STLC Experience with version control systems (Git) and CI/CD integration Strong analytical, debugging, and problem-solving skills Excellent written and verbal communication skills Banking/financial services domain experience is a strong plus (e.g., core banking, payments, lending, credit cards, fraud/risk systems, or trading platforms) Experience with API automation tools (RestAssured, Postman, SoapUI) Familiarity with performance testing tools (JMeter, LoadRunner) Exposure to cloud-based testing platforms (BrowserStack, Sauce Labs) Knowledge of database testing and SQL query writing ISTQB or equivalent QA/testing certification(highly Preferred) Experience working in regulated, high-compliance, or mission-critical environments 3B Staffing LLC
