Front Office Dental Professional

Responsibilities

• Warmly greet and check in patients, creating a welcoming front-office experience
• Answer phones, schedule appointments, and manage the daily patient flow
• Verify insurance eligibility and process billing and claims accurately
• Collect and post patient payments and handle end-of-day reconciliation
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records
• Coordinate with clinical staff to ensure seamless patient care
• Handle patient inquiries with professionalism, empathy, and efficiency

Requirements

• 1+ year of dental front office experience (required)
• Familiarity with dental practice management software (Eaglesoft, Dentrix, or similar preferred)
• Strong knowledge of dental insurance verification and billing processes
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail
• A positive, team-player attitude with a genuine passion for patient care
• Ability to multitask and stay composed in a busy front office environment
