General Production Associate

Job DescriptionJob DescriptionPosition Overview: PrideStaff is seeking dependable and motivated General Production Associates to join a fast-paced manufacturing team. In this role, you will work hands-on across various stages of the assembly and production process—building, packaging, and inspecting products before they ship.First Shift, 6 am-2:30 pm + OvertimeKey ResponsibilitiesAssembly & Fabrication: Work on active assembly lines to build doors, windows, frames, and jambs; machine components for hardware installation using basic power tools (staple guns, cordless drills, chop saws, etc.).Quality Assurance: Inspect materials and finished items to ensure they meet strict standards for craftsmanship and defect-free production.Packaging & Staging: Prep, palletize, brace, and wrap finished products using automated stretch-wrap equipment for secure delivery.Flexibility: Adapt to different production stations and assignment rotations based on plant needs.Safety First: Actively maintain a safe, clean, and organized workspace by strictly adhering to all plant safety protocols and wearing required PPE.Qualifications & SkillsMeasurement Accuracy: Ability to read and use a tape measure efficiently down to 1/16”.Tool Knowledge: Experience or comfort operating standard hand and power tools safely.Adaptability: Willingness to learn new tasks, rotate assignments, and work overtime when production demands require it.Experience: Previous manufacturing or industrial experience is preferred, but not required—we welcome candidates with a strong work ethic and a willingness to learn.Physical RequirementsAbility to stand and walk for the full duration of a shift.Ability to lift, push, pull, and carry up to 50 lbs. unassisted and repeatedly.Ability to perform frequent bending, stooping, reaching, and manual dexterity tasks.\nCompany DescriptionPrideStaff can offer you a wide range of rewarding career options.
