Senior Stocking & Receiving Associate - Inventory Control & Warehouse Operations

Senior Stocking & Receiving Associate Location: Taunton, MA Pay: $20 - $22.76/Hour U.S. Citizenship is required by Federal Law. We are hiring a Senior Stocking & Receiving Associate in Taunton, MA to support inventory control, receiving, stockroom operations, and material handling activities within a secure defense manufacturing environment. This role requires experience with warehouse operations, inventory management, MRP systems, material receiving, forklift operation, government property control, and order fulfillment processes supporting mission‑critical aerospace and defense programs. Responsibilities Perform the physical and administrative tasks involved in the receiving, storing, distributing, and order fulfillment of materials, parts, supplies, and equipment. Accurately complete paperwork or system transactions related to receipts and issues, maintain accurate stockroom, inventory, and system data, and research material shortages to support problem‑solving resolutions. Qualifications U.S. Citizenship is required by Federal Law. A high school diploma or equivalent and a minimum of 2 years of related experience. Applicants selected may be subject to a U.S. Government security investigation and must meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information. Ability to lift heavy items and operate a forklift or other powered industrial vehicles. Good computer skills with knowledge of enterprise software tools (MRP, Receiving) and associated data. Clear knowledge of material receiving, control, and inventory methodology. Clear knowledge of Government Customer Property Control.
