Service Technician III -Grand Reserve at Park Isle

Service Technician III General Services Corporation has provided first‑class service since 1971. As a Service Technician III, you will support residents in maintaining and improving their living spaces. Sign‑On Bonus Eligible for $3,000 sign‑on bonus. Responsibilities Complete service requests in a timely and proficient manner. Provide excellent customer service to residents. Repair and/or install all appliances and HVAC units as needed to maintain a quality dwelling. Comply with all environmental and OSHA regulations and company policies. Handle other general maintenance tickets as assigned. Qualifications At least three years of experience in HVAC repair, plumbing, basic carpentry, and electrical skills. EPA Certified (Type 2 or Universal). HVAC installation experience. HVAC troubleshooting experience. Apartment maintenance experience is a plus. Valid driver’s license. Passing a criminal background check. Ability to lift 100 lbs. Spanish language skills are a plus. Initiative and customer service skills.
