HVAC Warranty Technician

ProSkill Services is seeking an experienced HVAC Warranty Repair Technician to join our trusted team. As a Warranty Repair Technician, you’ll be a critical part of maintaining ProSkill’s reputation for fast, reliable, and high-quality service. In this role, you will: Perform warranty repairs, troubleshooting, and system maintenance under manufacturer/service contract terms. Conduct diagnostics, estimate repair needs, and execute fixes efficiently. Complete documentation, maintain truck stock, and ensure safety/compliance on every job. Requirements and qualifications: 3–5+ years of HVAC service experience, preferably in residential repair and warranty work. Strong diagnostic skills and experience with a range of residential HVAC systems (heat pumps, furnaces, mini-splits, etc.). Valid EPA certification and applicable HVAC trade license (where required). Clean driving record and ability to pass a background check and drug screening. Ability to work independently in variable conditions (attics, crawl spaces, rooftops).
