We are seeking a skilled, reliable, and well-rounded technician to join our team and support ongoing residential projects, unit turns, and general maintenance work. This role is ideal for a professional who can handle a wide range of tasks, work independently, and deliver consistent, high‑quality results. The field technician completes assigned work orders, performs unit turn repairs and upgrades, and executes general remodeling and maintenance tasks across occupied and vacant residential properties. Strong craftsmanship, problem‑solving skills, and professionalism are essential.

Compensation:

$26 - $36 hourly

Responsibilities:

• Complete daily work orders including repairs, installations, and general carpentry tasks

• Perform unit turn work such as patching, painting, trim repair, door adjustments, fixture replacements, and minor upgrades

• Execute remodeling tasks including framing, drywall, flooring, cabinetry, and finish carpentry

• Diagnose issues, propose solutions, and complete tasks efficiently and accurately

• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe job site

• Communicate progress, delays, and material needs to project managers

• Ensure all work meets quality standards and passes inspections

• Provide professional conduct in both occupied and vacant homes

• Use tools, equipment, and materials responsibly and maintain them in good condition

Qualifications:

• 3–5+ years of experience in residential carpentry, remodeling, or maintenance

• Strong skills in framing, drywall, painting, flooring, trim, and general repairs

• Ability to read scopes, work orders, and basic plans

• Reliable transportation and full set of tools

• Ability to work independently, manage time, and meet deadlines

• Strong communication and customer‑service mindset

• Physical ability to lift 50+ lbs, climb ladders, kneel, bend, and work in various conditions
