Mechanical Resource Group (MRG) is looking for a motivated Sales Engineer to help consulting engineers, contractors, manufacturers, and building owners solve commercial HVAC and hydronic challenges. You will influence projects from early conversations through delivery, combining technical guidance, consultative selling, and project coordination to create lasting value for customers.

What you’ll do

• Develop and strengthen long-term relationships with customers and industry partners.

• Listen closely to customer needs and recommend commercial HVAC and hydronic equipment solutions.

• Review plans and specifications, identify opportunities, and develop value-added recommendations.

• Prepare estimates, proposals, and clear project recommendations.

• Collaborate with internal teams and manufacturer partners to move projects from opportunity to successful delivery.

• Manage opportunities throughout the sales cycle using MRG’s CRM.

• Support customer events, technical presentations, and business-development initiatives.

• Help strengthen MRG’s position as a trusted leader in the commercial HVAC industry.

What will help you succeed

You may be a strong fit if you bring:

• Experience in HVAC sales, engineering, mechanical systems, or a related technical environment.

• A bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering or a related technical field is preferred.

• The ability to explain technical information clearly and build confidence with different audiences.

This is a highly commissioned position with minimum starting base of $100,000. Earning potential is limitless at MRG!
