Hearing Instrument Specialist / Audiologist Full-time Position: Specialist (HIS or AuD) Location: Sam’s Club East, Fort Worth, TX, USA Job Description Lucid Hearing is a leading innovator in hearing solutions and is looking for a hearing instrument specialist in Fort Worth, TX, to join its dedicated team. This role focuses on providing hearing assessments and recommending appropriate solutions to consumers. Responsibilities Greet customers and offer a free hearing screen Analyze test findings and recommend solutions based on the customer’s hearing loss Recommend and dispense assistive listening and hearing devices Educate patients on device use and maintenance, provide demonstrations and information Make follow-up calls to ensure satisfaction with the assistive listening device Qualifications Licensed Hearing Aid Dispenser and/or dispensing Audiologist (HIS or AuD) Motivated to help people hear better Ambitious with a sales‑focused attitude Entrepreneurial mindset and strong problem‑solving skills for an autonomous role Benefits Growth opportunity to become a leader Health, vision, and dental insurance Fully paid life insurance 401(k) plan with matching Paid Time Off (PTO) On‑the‑job training (virtual courses) Relocation assistance Location We are looking for a hearing aids specialist / audiologist in Fort Worth, TX, USA or the surrounding area.
