Home Health Licensed Nursing Assistant (LNA)

Our client is an elderly woman who needs help with personal care including assistance with showers, med reminders, help preparing meals, walks outside in the warmer weather, light housekeeping, and overall safety.

Schedule:

• Monday Friday
• 9:00AM- 12:00PM

Pay Rate:

• $17.50/HR

As a Home Health LNA, heres a big-picture view of what youll do:

• Provide the personal care and support seniors need to live safely at home
• Assist with activities of daily living such as bathing, dressing, grooming, light housekeeping, meal preparation, and companionship
• Help with ambulation, transferring, and range of motion exercises
• Provide medication reminders, document their condition, and notify a supervisor of any concerns
• Ensure a safe home environment with unobstructed pathways
• Participate in activities that bring clients joy such as puzzles, games, reading, and hobbies

A few must-haves for Home Health LNAS:

• High school diploma (or equivalent) and active LNA license in NH
• Six (6) months of experience in a healthcare role, preferred
• CPR certification preferred, not required
• Must be able to lift 50LBS with no restrictions
• Valid NH drivers license, and transportation
• Compassionate and helping nature, good communicator
