Onsite Hematology/Oncology Locums Job in Ohio

Dates of coverage: Starting as soon as credentialed and ongoing for 1 year, with potential to extend further.


Details/Requirements:
Start: As soon as credentialed (2-3 months)
Schedule: 4 days/week (potential to begin at 2 days/week in Sept/Oct)
Ongoing need: 1 year+, with potential for extension
Outpatient only
15 patients per day
No call or weekends
Hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
EMR: Epic
Collaborative team with NPs, RN coordinators, pharmacist, social worker, dietitian, and experienced clinical support
Coverage needed due to physician retirement
Board Certified in Hematology and Oncology required
Active Ohio licensure is required
