Entry-Level Customer Service Representative

We have an immediate opening for a friendly, motivated individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative . This is a great entry-level opportunity to gain hands-on experience in customer service, marketing, fundraising, and communications while working with nonprofit organizations and community campaigns.
What You’ll Do
- Interact with customers and members of the community
- Represent nonprofit organizations and fundraising campaigns
- Educate people about charitable causes
- Answer questions and provide excellent customer service
- Build positive relationships with the public
- Support marketing and fundraising campaigns
- Work toward individual and team goals
- Participate in training and team development

No previous customer service, sales, marketing, or fundraising experience is required.
