Brilliant Earth is seeking a Jewelry Consultant for our Charlotte, North Carolina showroom. This in-person, full-time role includes weekends and targets a luxury customer experience across appointments, walk-ins, and live chat. You will guide customers through the sale, build relationships, manage showroom operations, and partner with teams to uphold our sustainable, transparent jewelry mission.
